They say the cheapest kilowatt hour is the one you don't use. In addition to helping reduce and manage your cost per kilowatt hour, we help our customers reduce their energy consumption and manage their carbon footprint through the completion of energy efficiency projects. These projects include lighting, solar, boilers, chillers, RTUs, and building management systems. We have a national presence for energy efficiency projects and with our partners have completed projects across the country.
Maximizing Rebates - Throughout New England, utilities typically offer rebates for the completion of energy efficiency projects that reduce a customer's annual electric or gas consumption. Understanding how utilities calculate these incentives, and what measures can be taken to maximize these rebates is key to a successful project. Through our partnerships, we help customers maximize utility rebates and come out of pocket for as little as possible when completing a project.
On Bill Repayments – Depending on your utility, you may be eligible for "On Bill Repayments" for an efficiency project, typically at 0% interest. This allows customers to finance projects through their utility bills, and can typically be structured so that the monthly payment is less than the savings making the project cash flow positive upon completion.
Financing - For projects that don't qualify for "On Bill Repayments", we have financing options that help customers get the funding they need to complete projects.
Construction & Project Management - Many of these efficiency projects look great on paper, but can you partner delivery a project on time and on budget? We offer 100% turnkey projects and have a project manager to ensuring your project gets completed on time and on budget.
